FAQ

Questions before you order

Short, straight answers. Did not find yours? Ask us in WhatsApp or Telegram.

What do you sell?

Hetzner Cloud servers (CPX plans) and dedicated servers from the Hetzner Server Auction, set up for you and rented by the month with a markup over the Hetzner price. You pay Winservers.NET; we handle the order and the setup.

Why not order from Hetzner directly?

You can. We are for people who want a ready Windows server without doing the setup themselves: payment by card or crypto, Windows installed, Remote Desktop configured, monitoring on and help in WhatsApp or Telegram.

Which locations are available?

All Hetzner locations, including Europe, the USA and Asia. Tell us where you need the server and we will confirm availability for the plan you choose.

How fast will my server be ready?

Cloud CPX servers are usually ready in about 15 minutes after payment, auction servers in about 1 hour.

What is included in the setup?

Windows installation, Remote Desktop setup, server monitoring, and connecting AI to your server.

What does connecting AI to the server mean?

We connect Claude Code to your server through a plugin or MCP. With it, AI can help you manage and configure the server.

Which Windows is installed?

Windows Server 2022 Evaluation. It is meant for testing; for long-term use you need a valid Windows license.

How can I pay?

By card or crypto. The minimum payment is 1 month.

Can I get a refund?

No. Payments are not refundable and the setup fee is not refunded. The minimum payment is 1 month, so check the plan and location before you order. Mandatory consumer rights under the law remain unaffected.
