Hetzner reseller: servers set up for you, paid by card or crypto
What a Hetzner reseller is, how it differs from ordering at Hetzner directly, what Hetzner's terms say, and how to get a ready server.

What a Hetzner reseller is
A Hetzner reseller orders servers from Hetzner, sets them up and rents them to its own customers. You pay the reseller, not Hetzner, and you get a working server with access details. The price includes the reseller's markup, and in exchange you get services Hetzner's own checkout does not give you: another payment method, a ready system, and help from a person.
Winservers.NET works this way for two kinds of Hetzner servers: Cloud CX and CPX plans and dedicated servers from the Server Auction.
Is there an official Hetzner reseller program?
We are not aware of one. Hetzner does not advertise a reseller or partner program for its servers. Resellers, including us, are independent companies that use Hetzner as infrastructure. That is why this page does not call anyone an "official" reseller, and neither should you trust a site that does without proof.
What Hetzner's terms say
We read the Hetzner Terms and Conditions. The standard terms do not use the word "resale". What they do say about third parties:
- Section 7.1: the customer may grant third parties the right to use the services the customer orders, but stays the only contractual partner of Hetzner and remains fully liable for compliance.
- Section 7.3: the customer is liable for damages caused by those third parties.
- Section 2.8: transferring the contract itself to a third party needs Hetzner's written consent.
This is our reading of the public terms, not legal advice. If your use case depends on it, read the current terms and ask Hetzner.
Why use a reseller
- Pay by card or crypto. You pay us, so the payment method is ours, not Hetzner's.
- No setup on your side. We install Windows Server 2022 or Linux, and set up Remote Desktop on Windows servers. More about Windows on Hetzner.
- Monitoring and a person to ask. We watch the server and answer in WhatsApp and Telegram, in English and Russian.
- AI connected to the server. Claude Code can be connected through a plugin or MCP to help you manage and configure it.

If you are comfortable with Hetzner's checkout and setup, ordering directly is cheaper. A reseller makes sense when you want a finished server, a different way to pay, or help in a messenger.
What we resell
- CX plans: Linux on Hetzner Cloud, Windows on our own Hyper-V machines based on Hetzner bare-metal. Usually ready in about 15 minutes.
- Cloud CPX: Linux only. Germany, Finland, Singapore and the USA. Usually ready in about 15 minutes.
- Server Auction: physical servers from the live auction list, with Windows installed. Falkenstein and Helsinki. Usually ready in about 1 hour. Read the auction guide.
Prices on the site are final monthly prices with our markup. Minimum payment is 1 month.
Paying with crypto
You pay Winservers.NET, so you can use BTC, USDT, ETH, BNB, LTC, TON, SOL, DOGE or XMR, and more coins are available on the invoice page. Open the invoice, choose your coin and send the payment. Risks and limits
- No refunds. Payments and setup fees are not refundable. Check the plan and location first.
- Hetzner's rules apply to your server. Hetzner can suspend a service that breaks them, so do not run anything illegal or abusive.
- Cloud CPX is Linux only. For Windows choose a CX plan or an auction server.
FAQ
Does Hetzner have an official reseller program?
We are not aware of one. Hetzner does not advertise a reseller or partner program for servers, and Winservers.NET is not part of one. We are an independent reseller: we order the servers, set them up and rent them to you.
Is it allowed to resell Hetzner servers?
Hetzner's terms let a customer grant third parties the right to use the services the customer orders (section 7.1 of the Terms and Conditions). The customer stays the only contractual partner of Hetzner and remains liable for compliance. Transferring the contract itself to someone else needs Hetzner's written consent (section 2.8). Read the current terms at hetzner.com/legal/terms-and-conditions and ask Hetzner if you need certainty for your case.
Is a reseller cheaper than ordering from Hetzner directly?
No. Our prices include a markup over Hetzner's list price. You pay for convenience: payment by card or crypto, a ready system, Remote Desktop, monitoring and help in messengers.
Can I pay for a Hetzner server with crypto?
Yes, through us. You pay Winservers.NET by card or crypto (BTC, USDT, ETH, BNB, LTC, TON, SOL, DOGE, XMR and more on the invoice page). The minimum payment is 1 month.
Which Hetzner servers do you resell?
Cloud CX and CPX plans, and dedicated servers from the Hetzner Server Auction. Cloud CX can run Windows or Linux, CPX is Linux only, auction servers come with Windows.
Which locations are available?
Cloud CPX: Falkenstein and Nuremberg (Germany), Helsinki (Finland), Singapore, and Ashburn and Hillsboro (USA). Auction servers: Falkenstein and Helsinki. Availability depends on the plan.
How fast is the server ready?
Cloud servers are usually ready in about 15 minutes after payment, auction servers in about 1 hour.
What happens if the server is abused or Hetzner suspends it?
Hetzner's rules apply to your server as they do to any Hetzner server, and Hetzner can suspend a service that breaks them. Do not run anything illegal or abusive. Payments are not refundable.
Can I get a refund?
No. Payments are not refundable and the setup fee is not refunded. The minimum payment is 1 month, so check the plan and location before you order. Mandatory consumer rights under the law remain unchanged.
Which Windows do you install?
Windows Server 2022 (Evaluation edition) with Remote Desktop set up. For long-term use a Windows license is required; ask us if you have questions.
